I think the blankets are nice. Bright colors and clear designs – very lovely. I gave 4 stars because delivery took longer than I thought.

I got my package. It took almost a month but it was what I was expecting and I am happy with the product.

I haven’t got the item yet, but after reading reviews, I think I will like it. Just make sure to order it WAY ahead of time. I placed my order a month ago and still no delivery – shipping is REALLY, REALLY, REALLY slow. Even when it says “cleared” or something, it still takes a week here or a week there – just super slow. I hoped to get it for Mother’s Day and now it’s more than a week after Mother’s Day, no clue when it will arrive.

Poor quality and service

My experience with this company has been utterly disappointing. They boldly claim a 4-6 day production timeline, but it's nothing more than a deceptive ploy. Despite the elapsed month, the promised product finally arrived. All of the order is tissue thin enough to see through and 1 has my grand daughter having to different color arms and her neck is the same way. Per policy I have called and emailed without any resolution! The entire process has devolved into a frustrating cycle of me calling or emailing and the customer service department going radio silent. To me it's a ploy in delay to NOT having to resolve this issue! My unequivocal advice: steer clear and do not engage with this company. BUYER BEWARW!!!

well-orchestrated scam

I placed an order for blankets for my two grandkids, but two weeks later, I received a box containing a rubber strip meant to go under a door to stop air from coming through. It was really strange. I checked the tracking information, and the package was supposed to contain the blankets. It seems they sent this item as a way to have proof of delivery when you contact the credit card company. I called customer service, and I could hear people laughing in the background. An American-accented woman answered and said she would escalate the issue, but as of now, I’ve received neither the blankets nor a refund. This feels like a well-orchestrated scam, so please be careful!

Horrible customer service and bad delivery

I ordered a blanket right after Thanksgiving as a gift for Christmas to our grandson. Well low and behold, tomorrow is Christmas eve and it is nowhere in sight. The label for the post office says it was created 12/6... well it didn't get to the post office until 12/16. As of 12/23, it is still at the post office in China. It is not going to be here by Christmas eve for sure. It is an utter disappointment sin e you pay so much for it. They also say a max of 15 days to get to you... well its been way longer than that. When I asked for a refund, all they say is to wait for the package. Nothing else. Bad customer service. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

Terrible service

I ordered two items for July 4th. I paid for expedited (5-8) day shipping. My item wasn't shipped for at least a week after purchase, and then it took 12 days to arrive. I was in contact with the company, repeatedly requesting a refund for the expedited shipping, and they refused to assist in any way. If you are going to order from this company, be mindful that the expedited shipping means nothing, so plan accordingly.

Horrible

Order not received I place an order on December 13, 2024 for 3 separeate blankets and 1 sticker which i paid in full. I have received anyof it by january 1 and contacted support multiple times by email with little help. So disappointed and please be wary of this service. Customer servive and shipping is aweful. I am trying to get refund and will update how that goes as well

Shipping time

I placed my order on 11/14 for a gift to be given on 12/14. Well here we are 12/9 and my item just now left China. Very disappointed because I highly doubt it will make it here in time. No where on the site did it say from production to delivery would take this long. Hopefully the product quality is worth the wait. Now for gift idea plan B

Not a good company

I placed an order for my granddaughter’s birthday. I paid extra for an expedited service. It had been more than two weeks and we still do not have the merchandise. I tried to contact the customer support but their response was completely unsatisfactory. I am very disappointed. I don’t recommend doing business with this company.

Poorly Made

Don't order the shorts!! They are poorly made. I wasted $30 on shorts that no one can wear because they don't fit. They are tight in all the wrong places. I'm not sure if they even had a pattern to go by when sewing it!!

Ordered two weeks ahead of

Ordered two weeks ahead of Valentine's Day, they claimed delivery in 6-9 business days. Just received an email stating it was dispatched three weeks post-order. Ineffectual; Valentine's Day passed a week ago.

Hold the product hostage

They don’t deliver your order saying the address is wrong then charge you again to have them deliver it. Also they never keep you informed that the product was not delivered. Really poorly run company

Shipping

It took about a month for them to deliver a swimsuit I ordered. They said processing is 4-5 days but it took about 2 weeks to process and another 2 weeks to finally get the product.
