We’ve been using Mailjet for some time now and are quite happy with it. Their transactional email service runs smoothly, and their support team is quick to reply, really helpful, and always makes sure any problems are sorted out fast. Keep up the good work.

The service works good, much better than others. Had an issue I reported to support. The ticket got fixed next day. Turns out it was a feature, not a bug ;)

I created an account on Mailjet for my workplace. Having used Mailjet in the past, I knew it was a reliable email platform. However, this time, my account setup wasn’t immediately approved, and the compliance team needed some additional info from me. After providing the answers, my account was approved within a day. The support team was helpful, and their replies were prompt.

It’s difficult to reach the commercial team. There isn’t a simple way to get a response, and I had to wait to get proper help. Once I did, the support from Lara was clear and useful.
