Unlike other firms, Languex doesn’t offer an approval stage; the only option is to contact support, which often takes over a week to respond. Overall, Languex proved unreliable, slow, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them for any academic or official translation work.

My thoughts on LANGUEX? Well, they did a really good job. The translation they did was detailed, and they obviously put in some extra effort by doing more research. They correctly recognized that the picture was made by a Korean artist, even though the characters attached were Chinese. Their extra research blended the two languages and cultures nicely, making my drawing more meaningful.

Beware of FRAUD!!! Do not trust! The service is awful! Despite their website indicating that 1 page includes 250 words, they charged me for 2 extra pages for only a couple of words!!! When I requested my order to be canceled, they did cancel it, but unfortunately, they never returned my money, even though they assured me that I should receive a refund in 2-3 business days.
