When I requested the contact information for a manager to address the issue, the email communication stopped. I'm extremely disappointed with this level of customer service. I understand policies, but I reached out immediately to correct the issue, and the lack of response and assistance is frustrating. I also attempted to call multiple times but was unable to speak to anyone.
