I really like my turnout coat. If I could adjust something, it would be adding wrist and waist adjustments for a snugger fit. I used it in Depoe Bay, OR during heavy wind and rain. For some reason, I didn't get any tracking details, although they could have sent it, but it never came to my email. The delivery took quite a while, and the way the item was packed in a plastic bag wasn’t great. It ended up being crammed into the mailbox, which isn't ideal for shipping a hat or cap without any proper protection. It could easily get bent or misshapen or even damaged. They contacted me after I reached out to say the item was shipped and gave me an idea of when it would arrive. I appreciated them keeping me updated after I told them I hadn’t received tracking information. At this point, I don’t have any more complaints; that was just my main worry about how they shipped the hats or caps.
