I made an order online and today Lucas Veraldi called to inform me that the item I bought was discontinued. Lucas then suggested a replacement with similar specs to the original. I reached out to the jobsite who needed the item, explained the situation, and they gave me the approval. I called Lucas back right away, said to proceed with the replacement, and quickly got a new sales invoice. In the past, with other companies and online orders, if the item wasn’t available or stopped being made, they would just cancel the order without telling me. As a purchasing agent for a contracting company, cancelling orders without notice does not make my job easier.. thanks JMAC for all your assistence!

worse supplier ever!

Worse supplier to work with and found part cheaper by 179$ on a different supplier. Don't order from them! half the time they don't have the parts and don't remove them from there site making you order something they don't have! They are a misleading company! Their retune policy is a lie even when it clearly says free returns!

Terrible customer service

It took 3 weeks to process my order and ship, each person I spoke to blamed the other one and the system they use. Also asked for the package to be dropped off with no signature required and no, one package dropped off but the rest I had to pay UPS extra fee to be able to pick up from their pickup point.

I had a disappointing experience with JMAC. Despite ordering a faulty product, their lack of response to my emails and calls after returning it for a refund was frustrating. It's disheartening when a company fails to uphold their responsibility in handling returns and communication with customers.
