Attempts to contact Sarah were futile, and my request for assistance went unanswered. Setting up my Roth account was initially mishandled by an ill-informed representative. Eventually, Justin, the supervisor, provided the guidance I needed. The lack of consistent training for phone staff is evident, and the advertised tax advice during hold times contradicts the responses received from representatives who consistently redirected me to consult a CPA. Overall, my journey with this company has been disappointing, and improvements in customer service are crucial.

If I could leave a zero star I would

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Six months ago I began the transfer of my IRA custodial account to IRAFinancial. I was told that the transfer would take three to four weeks. I have completed every form and submitted every document they asked for at least 4 times yet the transfer is still not completed and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. This company is absolutely the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with not to mention I have paid over $1000 in fees and still have no idea where my IRA stocks are even located at this point. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!
