Waste of time and money
They use to call themselves pay per closing but if I knew that I would not have tried this because I saw bad reviews about that company. Whether true or not I agree with the other bad reviews. I lost $1500 because they give you these leads and some that I called didn’t even know why i called them.. apparently they just clicked on a home on Facebook .. the way they sell their service is they tell me there are all good leads because they have to actively register. Some were realtors and so you get these leads but because of the lack of quality leads you can waste so much time!!! And it seems fair when you sign up because they said they will refund you if you don’t close one or they will refund you if you don’t get enough leads or reimburse you in your first deal.. so offshore sounds great, BUT UNFORTUNATELY the leads were not viable and I did not close any while working my real good leads but they did not refund me because I did not qualify after giving me this whole intensive interview… like I was supposed to follow up with them religiously and just a number of things that of course will prevent you from qualifying for a refund…who wants to waste more time with useless leads! I definitely followed up with these people. Some of these leads didn’t know what they registered for and since were just upset that I called them. I just don’t like that not only did I waste my lead generating time I was out $1500. I guess it’s a write off! Sure you can get lucky but I have another lead system and you can just tell the difference in how these leads reciprocated with less enthusiasm like my other.
