Ordered a gold-plated chain as a gift for my brother's birthday, and I couldn't be more disappointed. 💸👎 The first question that comes to mind is, "Is Helloice scam?" My order took more than three weeks to arrive even though their website claims 3-7 business days. When I finally received the package, the quality was dreadful. The chain looked cheap and tacky – nothing like the luxurious items they claim to sell. Customer service was a scam joke; I tried reaching out multiple times but got either no response or unhelpful answers. This is a scam operation, and it's appalling how they can remain in business. Don't waste your money; avoid this scam at all costs! 😠👎

Purchased 2 watches and 2 pendents, pretty cool and good weight. The watches have a window in the back so you can view the pendulum and gears that work the piece, plus it has a very smooth beautiful tick I've only seen in a Rolex before. I think the pendulum self winding system is like a Rolex and that makes it tick cleaner than others, also the decal is amazing. I was really surprised with that.
