    HEB is a grocery chain in Texas. It's popular. They have good food choices, some non-food too. They do curb pickup and food delivery. Pickup is free but delivery is pricey. Sometimes pickup waits are long, 30 minutes or more. Still, it's my top grocery store.

I decided to check it out, and it smelled terrible 👎 I had to toss it. The stock manager needs to better oversee what's on the shelves, and it makes me think what other things might be missed??     My experience at the Conroe store on Frazier left much to be desired. Employee Maddy, who was working as a bagger at register 3, lacked friendliness in her customer service approach. What irked me more was her rude handling of my milk jugs, pushing them towards me instead of placing them in my cart. On the bright side, the cashier handling my checkout was decent enough.

They used to compete with Walmart prices around here, but now they're the priciest option available. The staff there is unpleasant, so I've stopped shopping there. I wish they go under. It's what they've earned.

    I typically frequent this store for my shopping needs, but regrettably, due to work-related reasons, I've decided to discontinue purchasing personal items there as well as for my company. It's a decision I find necessary because I believe we shouldn't be responsible for bagging our own groceries when shopping for a company we work for. The fact that we are not adequately compensated for our efforts at this company adds to the disappointment.
