I found what I wanted on the website and ordered it. They confirmed my order and told me when it was sent. I like my new swim cap. It fits nicely and keeps my hair safe from the chlorine in the pool water. It looks cool with vintage black flowers all over it.

The hats I was most eager about didn't fit, and the rest, ordered for free shipping, weren't appealing. Upon returning them, I received an email claiming one had a stain, resulting in store credit, not a refund. I dispute the stain's origin, having only tried it on. With a charged return fee, my $85 spending only yields a $48 usable refund. Feeling ripped off, I won't consider future purchases. Thankfully, a competitor provided better-fitting, more attractive, and cheaper alternatives.

Disappointed with the company's service. Receivedthe wrong size, returned it, but the replacement didn't arrive in time for my important event as assured. Despite two assurances via text for a refund, I received only a store credit that proved useless to me. Unreliable and unfulfilled promises tarnished my experience with this company.
