I paid Hacked.com to help me recover my Facebook account, which had been hacked, my password changed, and the account disabled by Facebook. Jess walked me through the process, and I got my account back yesterday, which felt like a big relief. Just to clarify what the company does, they guide you on the steps to take, but they can’t access your account for you. The first step was to reach out to Meta support, which I had already tried and knew it didn’t work. The next step was to contact my local MP, which is what finally worked for me. After reading many reviews, it seemed that contacting the MP was the solution for many others. My local MP was really helpful and got the Meta team involved. So, if you’re thinking of using Hacked.com’s service, I suggest you try contacting your local MP FIRST to save some money. I’m not sure what the next steps would have been if that hadn’t worked, so I can't say much more about the company.

My FB personal account was hacked, and it seemed like a really hard situation. It took around a month and a few zoom calls. I almost lost hope, but then the Attorney General's office for MN reached out to FB, and that helped get things moving. Aaron was the one who assisted me in filing the complaint with them. Do not use!!

I was hacked almost a year ago and hired this company to help me. I spent over 100$ for a 50 minute phone call all of which 5 minutes was used. Was verbally told by the employee of hacked that y account was shut down and if I had any issues to get ahold of them and they would make good on making sure my account was indeed deleted. Fast forward to today my account was not deleted and now this company wants more money to do what they already promised. They are not trustworthy and do not care about the people's lives this effects. Save your money.

Seriously, it's like they're more into pushing for longer sessions than actually giving a hand. You're there for some help, not a sales pitch, right? Kinda feels like they're more about the clock than your concerns. Not the vibe I was hoping for, to be honest. Hope they get their priorities straight.

Terrible experience

Tried connecting with them with link they sent and it wouldn’t connect. By time I got them on line they said we can’t help u only have 8 min left . I would have to pay again .
