    I really do not suggest Grover!!!

    I really do not suggest Grover!!! Last year we bought a TV and we asked 6 months ago for a final price after paying half of it. They told us that if we paid for other 6 months, we could buy the TV for 1 Euro. Now, after giving them 400 Euros, they sent us a new offer for another 470 Euros, saying they are an eco-friendly company and prefer leasing over selling, so the 1 Euro deal was just canceled because they wanted to. They ignore the email they sent us and the proof we have, and they also won’t give us back the money we paid. Clearly a scam and we will make sure to share our story with everyone!

    I think the system is intresting for testing technology. It helps to swap devices. In my case, I can use lenses that work well for certain projects, without buying them at full price. For the same monthly cost as just one day of renting in my city.

    They answered very quickly and made it feel personal. Each issue was fixed right after I reached out to support. They even helped when others couldn’t. Really good srvice.

    Well, at my first interaction

    Well, at my first interaction, I really liked the company. and I want to continue to like them, I honestly do. However, after some issues that remain unresolved with them due to my most recent order, I wonder just how much they care about customer satisfaction. Without getting into too much detail, I used their services, decided I wanted to make a change, and they initially agreed to the exchange. However, they later denied me this, even after offering the exchange in the first place. Of course, they waited until my item made it back to them before any of this occurred.

    I got lots of stuff from Grover, mostly good. Delivery's quick, but if something's wrong, it's hopeless. Been trying to reach support for a month, sent like 15 emails 'cause they sent a broken computer. No response, nada. Support's a joke. Really bad, won't rent again.

    Grover completely violated our agreement

    Grover completely violated our agreement. Around 22 months ago, I rented a mobile device, the A52 S, from them. Our agreement was crystal clear: after renting it for 24 months, I could buy it and keep it forever for just 1 Euro. I even received an official email from Grover confirming this deal, stating that after 24 months, I could own it for a mere 1 Euro. But now, to my dismay, Grover has broken our agreement. Their support team sent me a message, insisting that I should pay an extra 120 Euros instead of the agreed-upon 1 Euro. Frustrated with this breach of contract, I immediately canceled my automatic payments. I've also decided to take legal action and will be consulting my lawyer on Monday to initiate a lawsuit against Grover.

    The company's customer support is terrible. I've been trying to reach them for two weeks about buying out my product, but no one has replied. The option to do so disappeared from the system as soon as I asked the question. It seems like the company doesn't want to provide customer support at all. This service is very poor.
