    Hi everyone, I’ve been using Grailed with my account “indorem” for over a year, and now I can’t log in anymore. I never had any problems with buyers, and my feedback was always good. Maybe the issue is that I bought a second-hand phone from a friend, and it could have been used with another Grailed account that had problems. I only use my own account and always follow the rules. Can someone from the Grailed team look into this? I really like the platform and just want to fix this missunderstanding. Thanks a lot.

    I’ve had many good experiences with Grailed.

    I’ve had many good experiences with Grailed. I started using them around 2016 and they have been reliable over time. If the item you get isn’t what you thought, just reach out to customer service and they will fix it in a decent amount of time. I’m really happy with how they take care of their clients.

    This company did a really good job.

    This company did a really good job. They sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently. They knew straight away that the thing I got wasn't real. I got my money back smoothly, and they even gave me back the customs fees.

    The process took a bit more time than I wanted, yet Marlo from Grilled had my back all through the return/refund journey after I got a fake product. I can still shop with peace of mind.

    I want to recognize Regina H. here.

    I want to recognize Regina H. here. Even with delivery problems and incorrect items of clothing, Regina looked into my case personally and made sure everything was fixed. Good customer service when I was worried about losing money. If this review was just about my experience with Regina, it would be 5 stars, no question. The only reason it's 4 stars is that, even though I bought from a well-rated seller, the item came in a very different condition than what was shown.

    Purchased an item but didn't get it because

    Purchased an item but didn't get it because the seller put the wrong name on the package. Grailed was no help; they just said to use Paypal, which didn't work. After lots of stressful talks with two payment companies, one seller, and two different post offices, I'm out $119 with nothing to show for it. Not a good experience!

    Used to be an okay site for designer clothes

    Used to be an okay site for designer clothes, but after they took away PayPal, it’s just gone downhill. If something goes wrong, they just say “Talk to the seller” and do nothing more. Won’t be buying from here again!
