They are still holding my payment

They are still holding my payment, even though I explained it’s very urgent. I responded to every question, sent my ID, and showed proof that my campaign is real. It’s been more than a week now, and they keep my funds that others trusted me with.

Awful scammy company.

Awful scammy company. I created a gofundme for me and my husband since we were waiting for our first baby. I got over a thousand dollars in donations, and after 5 days (yes, they force you to wait 5 days) to withdraw my funds, they emailed me saying my donations were “fraud.” I replied, and they told me not to stress—everything would be fixed within 48 hours. But 12 days later, I only got excuses from “customer support” with no clear answers about what was wrong. Eventually, they gave back my donations, and the donors sent money directly to my PayPal. I really think if I hadn’t pushed and threatened legal action, I wouldn’t have seen my money. Terrible dishonest company.

Let a significant sum of a minor's account be moved to other relatives without the permission of the legal guardian. When I raised this concern, I was told to hire a lawyer to handle it, as they don't handle family matters. None of my friends were able to contribute to the cause because it was very glitchy, and I couldn’t set up a fundraiser to cover my lawyer’s fees, since it kept logging me out. They don’t seem concerned about fraud or protecting children. This company should really be looked into.

My poor child has already been through too much, how can you let harmful family members take so much money that was supposed to go to a child who lost their parent. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Allow other family members to take money from a minor. Not everyone has money for a laywer nor the willpower after dealing with the loss of a loved one and estate matterswhile raising a little girl who lost her dad.
