Being in NZ, finding European companies that accept credit cards or PayPal is challenging, but this one proves a viable choice. The requirement for a reference number, obtainable solely from the failed delivery note, seems impractical, especially for international shipments.

Sadly, the flowers I ordered never reached their destination. This was quite upsetting, especially given the context of a family loss. I’ve bought gifts from them before and was always pleased. This might have been a problem with delivery, but the team at GiftsFor Europe handled it with professionalism and responded fast. I appreciate that. All costs were refunded right away.

extremely terrible experience
I read the reviews and decided to give them a try, but honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with their service. Their customer service number doesn’t go through, and it’s been two weeks without any response to the emails I’ve sent. I ordered a gift and even paid extra for express delivery (within three days), yet it took them an entire week just to ship out my order. This means i had to wait another 7 + 3 days before it arrived at its destination. Unfortunately, the recipient had already moved by then. I’ve been trying to contact GiftForEurope for the past two weeks, but no one is responding. Their service feels completely automated. Once your order is placed, it seems no one cares anymore. Truly a terrible experience, and I’m very disappointed.

I'm quite dissatisfied with the company's
I'm quite dissatisfied with the company's service. My Christmas packet, which was supposed to arrive before Christmas, is still missing. Despite providing the correct address, the company claimed it was the wrong one. I was at home the entire day, yet I couldn't reach UPS through phone or chat. It's frustrating that the company insists on using a subpar freight company and is demanding additional payment to resend the packet. This experience has left me disappointed and questioning their choice of logistics partner.
