    My encounter with GameGear was truly outstanding! The customer service provided was among the finest I've encountered. The product is operating flawlessly, and I've entered a state of pure bliss in the realm of retro gaming! I had a couple of inquiries both prior to and after making the purchase, and Max responded promptly and succinctly. Remarkably, he even addressed one of my queries by crafting a personalized YouTube video detailing the solution. I am extremely pleased with my acquisition!

    My time with GameGear.net was amazing! The customer service was really good! The product works great, and I'm enjoying retro gaming a lot!     Outstanding communication from this company! I placed an order for a RetroPie card, and although it took a bit longer to be delivered, they were excellent in keeping me informed about the status. As soon as the item was back in stock, it was promptly sent to me.

    They took a while to respond.

    They took a while to respond. But once they did, they did their best to fix the issue. I am happy with what they did and have updated my review because of it. Other than that, everything else was fine. I appreciate their efforts in resolving the problem.

    Tha comunication was great. I bought a RetroPie card that took a while to arrive, which I understand. They replied well and kept me informed. Once they had the item again, I got my card on time.

    Da company's console be kinda hard to figure out at first, especially if you're new to emulation. But da customer service be real quick to help ya out, so it ain't too bad to get the hang of.

    I wasn't able to set up the card with

    I wasn't able to set up the card with my joystick and arcade buttons, but I could manage with wireless controllers. Still, it didn't give the outcome I desired, and there was no sound at all. Overall, I wouldn't suggest it.

    I'm on my second console now

    I'm on my second console now, which was quite a hassle to get a replacement for – took three months and dozens of emails. Unfortunately, the new console still freezes every time I try to play it. My advice would be to save your money and go for the Super Console X2 Pro instead; it's $120 cheaper and performs much better.
