My experience with Fly N Fare was absolutely terrible.

My experience with Fly N Fare was absolutely terrible. The way they treated me was disrespectful and rude. It felt like they didn't care about helping me at all. When I called to ask about booking a flight and had questions about the process, they talked over me and made me feel stupid for not understanding. It seemed like the employees were just tired and unhappy with their jobs. One person even told me the price I wanted was no longer available and wouldn't let me speak. Then when I called back, another person had the same rude attitude and talked over me again. It was like they were trying to make me feel bad for asking questions. I wouldn't recommend Fly N Fare to anyone. They seem more interested in taking people's money than actually helping them book flights. It's really disappointing and makes me question their legitimacy.

I booked a flight last night for today and still haven't received my E-ticket. I've tried calling, but all I get is voicemail. Who even uses voicemail for customer service???!!! I also sent a message through their chat, emailed them, basically did everything I could! I just can't believe they're a real company. I'm not sure where all these good reviews come from or why certain agents' names keep getting mentioned. I never talk to the same person when I book a ticket. Even if they are legit, it feels unprofessional and not trustworthy. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN! I'm really hoping that if they are real, they'll see this review and fix things so I don’t have to deal with this mess again.

Disappointing company experience

Disappointing company experience. I strongly advise against dealing with them. I purchased tickets from Miami to Sao Paulo, but after payment, they reneged on the agreed-upon price within a couple of days. The revised price they imposed on me was three times higher.

Ok, so I bought flight tickets from an online company

Ok, so I bought flight tickets from an online company I had never used before. From the beginning they contacted me through "Sam", who helped make everything go very smooth, since the flight was overbooked. Sam got me a good deal with extra carry-ons and answered all my questions during the whole process. My main worry was about the e-tickets boarding pass, that I didn’t receive untill the day before the flight. But Sam told me it was normal and that I would get them within 24 hours before the flight. And it worked out, so thanks, Sam!

Pablo Garcia was fantastic tonight! After a rough experience with American Airlines, talking to Pablo made my night so much better. He really went the extra mile to help me out. I had been on the phone for more than an hour trying to solve the issue, and Pablo was patient the whole time. The results were way better than I could've hoped for. Big thanks to Pablo & Flynfare!!

I was unsure in the begining because the steps seemed confusing, but in the end everything worked fine. Talking with Mike was very helpful, he stayed in touch from start to finish. At first Frontier gave me a hard time with my ticket, saying it was fake, but after I moved to Southwest there were no more problems at all. Thanks Flynfare for making it a good experiance.
