Arnaque Scam Après avoir acheté mon billet aller retour sur cette plateforme (heureusement le paiement n’est pas passé) j’ai reçu un e-mail me demandant d’appeler pour donner plus de détailles sur ma transaction Par la suite j’ai été harcelé par des appels téléphoniques pendant presque 36 heures après mon achat j’ai fini par décrocher et la personne au bout du fil me disait que mon billet aller est correct mais le retour a un problème de bagages soi-disant sans bagages ( totalement faux après vérification au près de la compagnie mère, et qu’il n’offre jamais des vols sans bagages) Le gars a essayé de modifier le billet retour moyennant des frais supplémentaires $$$ Et que je dois le payer immédiatement avec ma carte J’ai tout de suite compris que c’était une arnaque j’ai raccroché et bloqué le numéro Évitez cette arnaque des gens sans scrupules qui essayent de vous soutirer de l’argent durement gagné

After booking for an overnight stay, they informed me in the morning that the tax had increased, even though they had already charged the initial online quote. If I canceled, I would lose the entire booking to Dubai. Raymond Brown, the company representative, was unprofessional and left me with no alternative. This is nothing short of an absolute rip-off. I found myself backed into a corner with no recourse. A lamentable experience - I will never, under any circumstances, use this company again.

Well, where do I begin? Initially lured in by the promise of a budget-friendly flight, my experience quickly turned sour. After completing the seemingly smooth booking process, a sudden twist unfolded. Despite the countdown clock displaying a comfortable 19 minutes, I received a call notifying me that someone had snatched the deal ahead of me. To add insult to injury, my supposedly non-refundable payment was swiftly claimed by the airline, with an additional unexpected charge of £500. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this dubious operation.

Avoid this company at all costs! They lure you in with seemingly low prices, but it's a deceptive tactic. After entering all your credit card details, they hit you with a 95GBP price hike, claiming the initial price is no longer valid. The staff is unbelievably rude, refusing to consider your perspective and insisting on the inflated price. Don't waste your time and money on this unreliable and disrespectful airline.

I'm leaving a one-star rating because zero stars isn't an option. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This site is a complete rip-off. Made a booking, and within 10 minutes, got a call back saying they were all booked up... unless I was willing to shell out extra cash. STAY AWAY!

The high rating shows I'm happy with the product. Once it arrived, everything was great! My lab LOVES this bed and sleeps much better now! I saw some complaints about the bed arriving flat. This is because of packaging. If you run it through a delicate wash cycle and air dry it, it fluffs up really well. The shipping process could be better. It took 30 days to get here. If I had known this in advance, I would have been okay with it. It's not good to promise a 10-14 day delivery window if it’s not realistic. Especially during the holidays. That’s my only issue. Customer service was fast and helpful the whole time.
