This travel guru hooked us up with the Europe train pass, and let me tell ya, it turned our trip into a smooth-sailing breeze. Hester made our family vacation great. She was very quick and met all our needs. Booking was simple. She was also there for any questions before and during the trip. I strongly suggest using Hester Kingwell from Flight Centre!

Seriously, it's like they're playing
Seriously, it's like they're playing hide and seek with customer service. Zero guidance, and I'm practically begging for updates. Then, the ultimate kicker – a 10-hour flight, and they decide it's cool to keep me separated from my spouse despite me practically waving my hands with requests. Not the flight camaraderie I signed up for, that's for sure. Hoping they get their act together on the next round!
