This is the first company I’ve come across that doesn’t include a full charger. I had to buy a separate wall charger and a new case to make it all work. The charger has a green light that stays on while charging. It would be better if it turned off once fully charged.

I would give Evolved chargers a -100, if I could, but it doesn’t all for this rating, thus 1 star due to no other option. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY AT ALL COST. PURCHASED A POWER BANK FROM THEM AND WAS TAKING A WHILE TO ARRIVE SO I MESSAGED ON IT’S ETA. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS WEAK/NON-RESPONSIVE, TO SAY THE LEAST. LME JUST SUMMARIZE FOR YOU. 1) when i checked tracking I noticed it was coming from Hong Kong. I messaged Evolved and asked them where they were from and the said Europe? I asked why it was shipping from Hong Kong (4x times) they never answered the question. 2) the item shipped from HK to California, where someone named Alex re-shipped to me with a “residential” address - return address simply said “Alex”, no last name, no company name - Evolved anywhere; not on return address and not on the box that had the product in it. 3) This is a “battery” which could cause a fire and could be a danger to me and my home 4) I have since messaged them over 10x to return and they will not provide me with the shipping instructions and also want to charge 20% re-stocking fee for a bogus product from Hong Kong. 5) The message me back, each time, with ridiculous responses. They sent me their return policy. I’d already read it and am entitled to return it. Then they replied saying the return was declined as the product could not be used and unopened. I sent them pictures of the item in its original packaging, completely untouched and closed. I was afraid to even touch the product and to even keep it inside my home! 5) I am still going at it with them!!! STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY FROM EVOLVED OR FROM WHOMEVER IS SHIPPING THIS TO YOU “ALEX!!!” I’M TRYING TO SAVE YOU FROM THE FRUSTRATION THAT I AM GOING THROUGH!!!!

No product, no refund now no response

I ordered and iPad keyboard cover with expedited dispatch and deliver to hopefully get before overseas trip. Normal dispatch is apparently 3 days. Mine, despite spending the extra $71 on said expedited dispatch was dispatched in...... 3 days (not what I thing expedited means....). ie Not expedited. I did not received tracking notification so chased order. Sebastian A told me it had been dispatched and would arrive Monday. I advised Sebastian that I would be overseas (leaving Sunday) and I was unhappy with the service as was not dispatched as paid for. I told him I wouldn't be there, could I have a refund. He said once received I could send back and ask for one (I was not there, as I told him I wouldn't be). Then got email from Jane stating DHL couldn't deliver I recipient not home...(I was overseas as your company was notified of) I sent through the previous correspondence and asked for a refund. Now I have not been getting any responses to my emails. Nor do I have product or refund.... I am not sure at this point what you want me to do. You have $324 of my money and when i try to search for order on website it apparently no longer exists

terrible customer service and non functional product

urchased two 3 in 1 chargers for my Android fold 6, watch ultra, and buds 3 pro. The charger does not charge my phone with the case on and does not charge my watch at all (the watch just says "charging paused". I have contacted Evolved chargers multiple times asking for a refund and continue to get the run around. Their agents just send the same emails asking for videos and photos which I have sent. They do not review the info I send and just respond with "how can we help you". Still no help or refund as of today.

However, the received item lacked these features. Disappointingly, my attempt to return the product was refused. The discrepancy between expectations and reality, coupled with the denied return, has left me dissatisfied with the overall shopping experience.

Broken case,. Poor customer service

The corner of the minimum iPhone case I bought broke from being pulled out of my pocket. The corner snapped off. If the case couldn’t survive my pocket I couldn’t image it provides any protection for you phone. Customer service was unwilling to replace the case as well. Do not buy their products.
