Definitely buying from them again

I decided to order a hitch from etrailer because it seemed pretty straightforward. Their site lets you filter options based on your vehicle, which was cool. I got my order really fast, but the hitch was poking out of the box in a few spots. When I tried to install it, the holes didn't line up. Turns out it was bent. I called customer service, and they were really helpful. They sent me a new hitch within a few hours and gave me a prepaid label to return the damaged one. The new hitch arrived three days later, also poking out of the box, but this time it was fine. Installation was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions. Even with the hiccup, I’m really happy with etrailer’s service and quick shipping. Definitely buying from them again.

Great company, sketchy shipping. eTrailer is great, the products and support are excellent. My only complaint is with shipping. USPS is by far the worst of the major carriers. For example, the part that I ordered from eTrailer was a bracket that needed to be welded to my RV. I placed the order and the estimated delivery date was 4/29 so I scheduled the welder to come out on 5/2 to allow a few days for delays. USPS sent delay alerts twice and the package eventualy got delivered on 5/9 so I had to reschedule the welder multiple times and postpone my RV trip for a week. Personally, I'd rather pay for FedEx ground than free USPS shipping because FedEx and UPS are generally much more reliable.

I found this great video Chris shared that clearly showed how the cameras aren't blocked. That was super helpful! I decided to get a bit crafty with my car mirror setup. I took some shiny tinfoil and glued it shiny side up on the back of the mirror. The idea was to reflect the turn signal through the lens on the extended mirror. Guess what? It actually worked! Now, the turn signal is visible from the front of the vehicle, and it makes driving a lot safer. It was a fun little project, and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. If you're thinking about doing something similar, give it a shot!

I recently ordered some new tires and wheels and gotta say, the delivery time was spot on. The sales team was super helpful, letting me know right away when the tire I wanted was out of stock. They suggested another option, which turned out to be even better than my first choice. The quality of the tires and wheels is pretty solid. The only hiccup was with the center cap I bought. It didn't fit quite right with the plastic end cover and the bearing buddy I added. Tried to install it, but there wasn't enough clearance, and I ended up breaking a tab. Bit of a bummer, but overall, not too shabby.

Got my package pretty quick,

Got my package pretty quick, that was nice. The unit fit my 2013 Prius V but getting those bolts in was a real hassle. Tried putting the right-side bolts in first without tightening, but then the left side just wouldn't go in. Had to take everything off, start with one left-side bolt, then got both right-side bolts in, and finally managed to get that second left-side bolt to fit. The holes were elliptical but seemed too tight for my car. It took some patience, but got it done eventually. Not the smoothest installation, but at least it's on there now.

I thought I had everything I needed to flat tow my F150 to my Holiday Rambler, thanks to the website's parts list. It looked so promising, like they had it all figured out for me. But then, the shop calls me mid-install and drops the bomb - I need a brake relay switch that wasn’t on the list. Totally messed up my plans to leave on time.
