    The rower itself is great

    Bought this rower from their uk subsidiary (Waterrower.Co.uk). The usp for me was the gamification aspect of the rower, specifically the opportunity to have real time live races online with other users. However post-purchase I’ve discovered that the live races only happen in EDT timezone. This is middle of the night in the uk, so of no use to anyone in the uk. The rower itself is great, but on the basis that I feel I’ve been mis-sold I have no option but to mark it down.

    The company's app is not fun, just rowing. The return process is incredibly difficult. Owning this has been a lot of effort and pain.
