    The best customer service I've encountered since I became a subscriber on and off for several years. Anytime I've had a question, I've received a quick response from an actual person, not an automated response. I even made it more confuing by starting with a monthly membership on one credit card and then switching to a yearly membership on another card. eNotes handled the change in payment type smoothly and immediately. Using the app has always been very informative and well-organized. The Chapter Summary and Analysis are unmatched. I can't say enough about how helpful eNotes has been while I journey through the classics.

    I really like this company.

    I really like this company. They always answer my questions quickly. I like their app. I want to read old books but I have ADD so I miss a lot of the meaning. eNotes helps me understand the books better.
