I was a bit puzzled about my shipment and had a couple of questions about ordering and changing the shipping speed. Surprisingly, they got back to me in no time, answering everything super fast. It felt like they genuinely cared about what I needed, which was quite refreshing. Now, I'm really excited to receive my order. The website had tons of pictures and details about the products, so I have a good idea of what’s coming my way. The price seemed fair, and I even scored a small discount using a code. You really can't beat that kind of service and deal. Overall, a pretty solid experience!

So, I ordered something from Eden Fantasys, but it got lost in the mail somewhere. I tried dealing with the post office, but they were no help at all. Frustrating, right? I was disappointed when

I was disappointed when I received a toy that wouldn't work after putting in new batteries and trying to twist the cap in different ways. Wen I compared it to another toy, I realized that it was missing a connector. I was pleased with the Customer Service Rep when I called and explained the problem - they are sending me a replacement and I am very happy with their service.

I have to say that I am a frequent buyer. A lot of the items you can get other places. But you will not get the same price or the customer service that you get here. A big shout out to Rose the customer rep who answered all my questions and made me feel like her most important customer.

They were good at tracking my order, but it took too long to arrive. DHL seems to pass their deliveries to USPS, which is likely the reason for the delay. I recommend using only USPS or another option.

I got my order super fast, and it was packed really well. Haven’t had the chance to try out my new favorite item yet, but I’m really looking forward to it. There was this confusing bit with the customer rep, though. They kept telling me about the product I already bought and tried to sell it to me again, which was kinda weird. I even asked for advice on another product I was thinking about, but instead got the same sales pitch email about the item I had already ordered and received. A bit frustrating, really. Just wish they’d actually help with recommendations instead of pushing the same stuff over and over.

The first time I used it, it worked perfectly, but the second time, only one part worked—and not the part I wanted. Super frustrating. I really thought it would last longer. I reached out to customer service, and they told me it comes with a 90-day warranty. They're sending me a replacement, so fingers crossed this one works better.

This company's customer service agents go to extreme lengths to avoid customers speaking to a manager. When I had an issue with my product, I asked two different agents and each time, they told me that the manager was unavailable. It felt like asking to speak to a manager was a major offense and they gave out an attitude. Beware of this before contacting them.
