I ordered from this site and was really happy with how fast everything came. Got all my stuff just as I wanted, but been a while since I shopped online. Used to buy from Vape Wild, and they'd always throw in some extra samples, which was a nice touch. This site didn't do that, so I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, though, pretty satisfied.

I order in large amounts and around 20% of the disposables either fail or have bad leaks. This might be more about the maker, but 20% is a big fail rate. I don’t think it’s mostly the seller’s fault for sending broken stuff, but you should check how you keep the product. I like ecig mafia, but the broken item rate needs to improve.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because, due to the high demand, many of my favorite flavors are often out of stock, so I can't order as often as I'd want or always get what I prefer.

But my recent order had three fifty bar disposables that just blinked and didn't work, even though they were fully charged and full of juice. The order I got before this also had two broken vapes. I don't think it's too much to ask for all the vapes to work. Plus, they don't replace them unless you pay for shipping, which is about the cost of a disposable vape anyway. It's frustrating because I feel like I'm still paying for the replacement. This really needs to be addressed.

I've been a loyal ECM customer for a while now, and usually, they're spot on. But this last order was a bit of a hassle. Shipping dragged on for two weeks, and I figured out why – they somehow folded the shipping label, so it must’ve been tough to scan. My package just sat there for 8 days. When it finally arrived, the first oxbar I opened didn’t even work. Super frustrating. Hoping this was just a one-time thing, cause I usually love their stuff.

Lately, ordering from this site is kinda hit or miss. Prices are still great, can't deny that, but what's up with the shipping times? Before, stuff would arrive in like 48 hours. Now I'm waiting 3-4 days just for them to even ship it out. It's not like I'm ordering huge things either, just small items. It's getting frustrating.

Not good experience

I ordered from this company and gotta say, the shipping was super quick, which was a nice surprise. No troubles with that part at all. But man, the emails? They just kept coming and coming. Felt like I was drowning in them, seriously. Getting 7 to 10 emails every day was just too much, like, who needs that many? I get that they wanna keep in touch, but there’s gotta be a limit, right? I finally decided to unsubscribe, hoping it'll calm down now. If they could just chill with the emails, it’d be a pretty solid experience overall. Here’s hoping they get the message soon.

It's not really for me

I recently tried the Oxbar Juice Salt Banana Dream, and while I was really looking forward to the banana and cream flavor, it didn't quite hit the mark for me. I bought a box of 5 vapes, but 2 didn’t work at all. It’s not the first time this has happened, which is really annoying. You’d think they’d have better quality control, right? To get a credit, I had to jump through so many hoops—taking pictures, making a video, the whole shebang. And after all that effort, when I tried to place a new order, there was no credit in sight. They were actually a hidden little known about gem 2 years ago they stocked literally everything and their prices were at minimum, half of what competition was selling at. It was the absolute best for those 2 years, I noticed late 2023 that orders were coming late, packages were physically damaged and some straight up had the wrong address and I never received it. Well I just tried one last time and placed a $160 order for a big restock of my necessities and immediately the package started traveling the opposite direction of my state, 5 days later it turns around and heads towards me. Another 3 days later it is in my city, I literally live across the street from my post office. This was Sunday so it was expected to be delivered Monday morning. Well, woke up Monday and I see the package has left my city and went to a different county, it's about an hour away from me now. I contacted ECM VAPE and they said I put the wrong address, thats absolutely impossible since my address is autofilled on every order. I asked what address they shipped it to and they gave me my own address.... Soo they are now accusing me of entering the wrong address yet they just confirmed that I used the right address. Basically I'm not getting my items, I waited over 10 days for absolutely nothing. They said they issued a refund but they also said if I don't see the refund in 2 days to contact them again. Why wouldn't I get the refund if it was issued?? Banks don't make errors like ECM does. Now they've introduced doubt that they really issued a refund. I will happily pay 50% more but get a 100% success of delivery rate and not feel like I'm buying from some random storage unit in South Florida. Crazy how success literally destroyed this once amazing company. They will continue to fail and eventually get eaten alive by a bigger company. Everyone needs to be on high alert if you are ordering from ECM VAPE. I am fully done with them. I have seen Reddit posts of people getting threats from ECM employees/boss like physical harm threats too. It's becoming a horrific company that needs to be brought back to reality. They aren't a real Mafia so stop the threats, you sell ecigs and juice so probably just stick to that. Also ger your shipping issues under control it's absolutely horrid that a site with over a million visitors a month is messing up a copy and paste address.

Bought the GeekVape Wenax Q Pro Pod Kit about two weeks ago, and it’s been a frustrating experience. First, the auto draw feature stopped working, which was annoying. But then, just this week, the thing won’t turn off and there's this constant humming noise coming from it. Even when I try to turn it off or the battery dies, the noise is still there. Plus, the whole device gets really hot, like it's overheating. I reached out to their support a week ago, but they only replied once. It's been radio silence since. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them based on my experience.
