    My experience with this company was utterly disappointing. The agency canceled my flight and issued a replacement, but their handling was incompetent. The new flight wasn't properly processed, leading to a frustrating situation where my booking couldn't be traced. Forced to rebook for another day, it's evident that this site is unreliable. Moreover, their initial claim of offering the cheapest rate turned out to be deceptive, as they later imposed an unexpected fee. Beware of this dubious service; it appears to be nothing short of a scam.

They consistently display international business class airfares on various search engines, only to retract them during the purchase process. A subsequent call claims the original fare is unavailable, demanding an additional $1,400 per passenger, citing the lack of direct booking. It's unacceptable for an OTA to advertise prices that were never accessible. A blatant disregard for transparency and customer trust.

    I'm genuinely upset with this

    I'm genuinely upset with this company. Despite a 3.9-star rating, my experience has been consistently frustrating. I attempted to book three different tickets, and each time, they called back claiming the airline couldn't honor the fares. It feels like a complete scam. They advertise enticing business class fares, request your credit card details, but fail to honor any of them. The whole process is shady and unreliable. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

    Avoid this company at all costs! They lure you in with cheap flight offers, but it's a scam. After submitting your details, they threaten to cancel your ticket unless you call them back. When you do, they claim the offered ticket is unavailable and push you to book a more expensive one. It's a shameful operation that preys on unsuspecting customers.

    Man, their customer service is

    Man, their customer service is a mess, and communication? Forget about it! Tried to cancel my ticket, and they hit me with a "no can do" on the cancellation fee. Like, what's the point then?
