However, the delivery process left much to be desired. The minimal tracking information provided didn't offer insights into the delivery timeline, making it challenging to plan for receipt. While I appreciate the outstanding product, the lack of detailed delivery tracking was a notable drawback. Enhancing this aspect of the service would significantly improve the overall customer experience. Despite this concern, the high-quality glass table top makes me consider future orders from Dulles Glass with cautious optimism.

    The glass looks great.

    The glass looks great. The only problem I had was getting it out of the packing. The foam was very tight, and I was worried I might break the glass while trying to remove it.
