    It took more time than I thought because of some security checks, but in the end, I was happy with the service. It came back with plenty of details. I'm considering trying the unlock feature next since I recently bought a phone that's locked to a carrier, but none of the carriers I've reached out to for an esim say it will work.

    I was hoping to unlock my phone for less than $5 since I needed to use a different SIM card. The premium option was way too expensive for my budget, so that was a bit frustrating. But honestly, doctorsim came through as a really reliable service. They were super nice and trustworthy, which made up for the cost issue. Even though I couldn't go for the cheaper option, I still felt confident using their service. If you need to unlock your phone and want a trustworthy option, I'd still recommend doctorsim despite the price.

    Hey docorsim, I'm really frustrated right now. I placed 9 orders and it’s been over a day, still nothing. I even sent proof from my bank to show I paid, but no response. It's ridiculous to wait this long when it says on your site that it should be quick. I need my orders immediately. My order IDs are 6082729, 6082734, 6082736, 6082738, 6082740, 6082742, 6082745, 6082747, and 6082749. Please, get this sorted fast. I’m starting to lose patience and just want my stuff. I think there should be a warning when you try to recharge an inactive number, something like, "Hey, this number isn't active. Do you still want to recharge? Remember, once you do, the amount won't be refundable." It's frustrating because I didn't get any notice, and now I'm out of money for no reason. This process needs to be more transparent to avoid such issues. I hope they fix this soon because it really makes the experience disappointing.

    I've topped up five times, each time with a different email. The first top-up of 5 euros went through, but the following four didn't. I lost about 48 euros in total. I didn't receive any messages, emails, or confirmations. It feels like a scam! If I could rate them 0 stars, I definitely would. I'm utterly disappointed.     I had a frustrating experience with doctorsim when trying to top up my CelcomDigi. Their official website wouldn't accept my foreign card, so I found doctorsim through a sponsored ad. The process seemed simple: pay, enter a 4-digit code from your card statement, and receive a 15-digit top-up coupon. But the coupon didn't work. I emailed back and forth with doctorsim, trying both USSD and the app, but nothing worked. My RM100+ vanished, along with an extra RM5 processing fee. In a rush, I googled another option and found Mobilerecharge(dot)com. It worked instantly after entering my card details. Why can't doctorsim be this efficient? Three annoying steps just to fail? Never using doctorsim again. Mobilerecharge(dot)com is the way to go.

    Absolutely regretful experience! Avoid at all costs. Attempted to recharge my Malaysian Number, went through the entire process, and made the payment. Shortly after, received an email stating a supposed error in the top-up process. To make matters worse, they flatly refused to reimburse my money, asserting they had successfully topped up. Engaged in a prolonged battle, providing evidence through top-up histories and numerous emails to establish they hadn't fulfilled the transaction. Still waiting for my money back. Unpleasant encounter, abysmal customer service, a complete failure in executing their responsibility, and essentially ended up taking my money without delivering the service.

    I bought something from doctorsim back in February and it went horribly wrong – never got my money back. Fast forward to December 14, I made the mistake of buying from them again, forgetting it was the same shady site. This time, I bought a Fido voucher, and guess what? They never sent it. They kept emailing me saying it’s on its way, but it never arrived. Total scammers. I’m now contacting my credit card company for a chargeback and filing complaints with their merchant. My husband used to work in law, so we know how to handle this. Their five-star reviews are fake, and they’ve messed with the wrong person. Avoid this business at all costs.
