    I wanted to update my wardrobe with some essential pieces for work to stay “up-to-date.” Sam really knew how to combine style with a touch of elegance. I often struggle to find clothes that suit my apple shape, but she chose brands that worked much better than my own hours of shopping. While I wouldn’t call it a “fantastic deal,” the prices were in line with the quality of the items. In the first box, some items fit well while others didn’t quite work as I explored options. The second box was nearly perfect; I liked almost everything—both the style and fit—so it was hard to decide what to keep!

    Wow, this company keeps improving! The more I give my stylist feedback, the better my boxes become! It can be expensive, so just be clear about your budget, and they'll find great options. I'll likely use this app for the rest of the year as I build my wardrobe and learn about my style and body shape.

    So so good!!!

    The clothes they picked for me were like totally unique and I SWEAR I won't see anyone else wearing the same thing. And the quality? So damn good! Like, I've been wearing my new shirt like every single day and it still looks bomb.

    This company, y'know

    This company, y'know, I got somethin' I kept, but it's all messed up. I saw it when I washed it by hand, can't even wear it now. The shoulder of this jacket, the seam ain't sewn right, half of it's undone. I don't know nothin' 'bout sewin', gotta pay more to fix it. This expensive thing, straight outta the box, now I gotta fix it 'fore wearin' it. I'm real let down.

    I was pretty disappointed with the selection. I couldn't find anything I couldn't have found at Marshall's or TJ Maxx. I was hoping for some cute ideas and fun dresses.

    Charged my Debit Card over $1k

    I received a box from Daily Look, kept it for the normal five days or so, and tried to go on the website to return and pay for the one item I was keeping. The page kept refreshing, but after several tries it looked like it went through. But the next day my debit card was charged over $1000 For the entire box! I called them and told them the site wasn’t working and that the box was being returned, the guy said if I could email him the return receipt he would then look into processing it. He couldn’t tell me how many days that would take and I was frustrated. My bank account had been depleted so much. I told him I wanted to go ahead and cancel my account because I couldn’t take the chance it would happen again, and he told me that “In that case, when you send me the return receipt, I’ll give you a partial return of half. And the rest would have to wait until the box was received and processed, which will take a little longer." Unbelievable, that a company of that size would just hold onto people's money when people need it.
