I bought 2 shirts without knowing

I bought 2 shirts without knowing the shipping cost of 13€. I reached out to Cotosen through the order page and by email to cancel. No one got back to me, and the shipment came 2 weeks late. The clothes didn’t fit, so I tried contacting Cotosen once more for a return ID. Still, no response, and now I have to figure out how to get a refund.

The fake item looks nothing like the photo

The fake item looks nothing like the photo and cost way too much. It’s like it was made in a kids’ Chinese sewing lesson.

I never write reviews but this is a special case…

The prize was 6 USD and delivery was 16.98 USD. I paid as the tshirt looked good. It took more than 2 weeks to arrive in the UK and the product is such a bad quality! I contacted through paypal and they said if I wanted to return I had to pay return post to China, that would have been around 10 GBP, they said the offered those 10GBP in partial return if I kept the item but I had to close the ticket with paypal first, I said paypal doesn't recomend closing the ticket before geting the refund but they insisted a partial refund was not possible before the ticket was closed. As I didn't know better I closed the ticket as they asked and, guess what... they never refunded anything nor cared to answer anymore. This is a total SCAM. Beware!

Absolute scam

Ordered a jacket off their website and received the wrong item, contacted customer service and was told I could keep the item and receive a £20 partial refund, the item I ordered cost £50. Told them I did not want to keep this item as the quality was rubbish and the jacket didn't even have pockets. They then told me I could ship the item back to them before they would offer the refund but I would have to cover the shipping costs and that they won't refund those costs. Absolute scam company, do not order anything off them.

After waiting for my order to arrive, I found the quality of the items to be very disappointing. The motorcycle trousers I received were nothing like what was shown in the advertisement. Instead, they resembled cheap, low-quality knock-offs. Additionally, it was misleading that the company implies being based in the US when they are actually located in China. Overall, I won't be ordering from this company again.

This was my first and last time buying. The ad for the pants seemed to show good quality, vibrant color, and a nice feel. Sadly, what I got is very different. The material feels cheap, the color is faded, and it looks nothing like the ad. Now they are asking for photos of what I got before issuing my refund and instructions for returning the item. Not great support service!

SCAM!!

I ordered a coat. What I got was a cheap thin jacket. It looked nothing like the picture. I have been trying for almost a month now to return it and get my money back. And all I'm getting is the runaround on top of that Klarna was going to take another payment! I called them and put a hold on that. I should have read reviews first. My fault. Lesson learned.
