I can't believe they only have 3.5 stars. They're by far the best mobile/online banking service I've tried. Support is quick and you always get to speak to a real person who knows how to help. It's easy to build your credit with them, no hidden fees or tricks. Just spend and shop like usual, and that's it. I'm a big fan of Chime.

Chime is alright
Chime is alright. I've used them for almost ten years. They just changed how the app looks at night, which is better for my eyes. I get my paycheck two days early, even on holidays haha. They raised my SpotMe to $60 lately, but it took about four months, so I'll give them four stars. Apart from that, it's a good banking app.

It's pretty simple to use, never ran into any problems and managed to do some things there that I struggled with on other apps, but had no trouble at all with this one.

Chime is a fine bank with useful features for anyone starting their money journey! I really like the credit builder, getting my direct deposits earlier, and being able to manage transfers and savings. However, I faced some small problems when buying a home. The information I gave to my lender company couldn’t verify several items needed to proceed with their list. This made things a bit inconvenient. When it was time to close, I used the cash checking feature for my cashiers check, and the funds took about 7 days to clear, delaying my closing date unexpectedly. Cashiers checks should clear the next business day, but I had to wait the full 7 days. I called customer service, but they said they could not speed it up. Overall, my review was honest and had both good and bad points; it really depends on your financial situation and life plans.
