Their ceramic saute pan lost its non-stick
Their ceramic saute pan lost its non-stick coating in under a year, even though I followed all care instructions. Caraway's customer service was unhelpful, saying it must be my fault for not washing it carefully enough. So frustrating! They likely delete bad reviews because it's hard to believe so many people are satisfied with such a so-so, overpriced pan.

This has been the most dissapointing company to deal with when trying to resolve issues. I’ve had my pan for half a year, and it’s already sticking. There are other brands that last much longer. Honestly, this company is not good, and neither is their product. Always be cautious of the flashy advertising. It’s misleading. Their customer service matches their poor quality. They claim they can assist you, but nothing is actually covered by the warranty. I believe their future looks bleak. Many people will start to notice, and their company will fail, becoming just a small business that fades away because nobody wants to pay $100 for a pan that stops working after 6 months. Consider getting a cast iron or stainless steel pan instead to avoid the trouble. All those fake reviews that come right after buying are just lies. Give it time, and you'll see the truth. Eventually, companies like this get found out. They don’t seem to care about fixing their mistakes. It feels like they only want to fill their pockets and give a weak apology for their faulty product. Our Place offers much better service. If you truly need one of these pans, go there.

Not cheap and don't hold up.
Not cheap and don't hold up. Warranty is a joke. These pans have a nice appearance. We made sure to follow all guidelines (apply oil, use medium heat, gentle sponge, no dishwasher). They lost their nonstick surface after a few months. Now they are a hassle to clean and require hard scrubbing, plus a weird sticky residue keeps coming off on hands/sponge. Really let down that their warranty team doesn't support their statements. It feels like a waste of money. Many paid reviews and sponsored sets give them a good rating.

I bought the pricey white and gold set.
I bought the pricey white and gold set. Right away, the white started turning yellow and brown, and they won't come clean! Customer service suggested using baking soda and blamed me for the issue. On top of that, the non-stick coating lasted only a month, and I'm NOT someone who cooks much! I just wanted some nice-looking pots and non-stick pans.

TERRIBLE PRODUKT. DONT wate your moneey. Evrythng stiks no mater wat you do, amount of oyl, tempratur etc. I wissh I cood get my moneey bak. I evn perchased one as a gift! I wunder wat this kompany is doing about al these negativ revews. I wissh I had red the revews before bying.
