    I had a decent experience ordering my swim tops, but things got tricky when Canada Post went on strike. It wasn’t Calypsa’s fault, but the lack of shipping updates has me worried. Usually, I get regular updates on my online orders, but this time, there’s been nothing. My trip to Hawaii is coming up in January, and I’m really hoping the tops arrive in time. It’s just a bit nerve-wracking not knowing if they’ll get here before my vacation. Would’ve felt more reassured with some tracking info or updates along the way. Crossing my fingers they show up soon!

    I had a frustrating experience with this website. I was trying to use my Canadian credit card, but it kept getting stuck in this endless loop while checking the card. I tried several times over three days, hoping it would work, but no luck. What made it worse was that my cart wasn't saved in my account when the order failed. Even switching between devices didn't help—the cart was completely empty each time. It felt like I was starting from scratch every single time. Definitely a hassle I didn't expect. They really need to fix this.

    I ordered some stuff on 5/8 and returned them pretty quick, like within a week. They said you have 30 days to return, even if you’re not registered, so I thought I was good. But then I got this email on 5/26 saying I missed the return window. What? It was well within the time limit they advertised! Felt like a slap in the face. Honestly, it feels like they don’t care about keeping promises. Feels like a shady move, and now I’m stuck with stuff I don’t want. Won’t be shopping there again. Who wants to deal with that kind of hassle?

    Ordered something from this company

    Ordered something from this company and it's been way past the 9-15 business days they promised for delivery to Australia. Tried calling their customer service, but they couldn't give me any info on when my parcel's gonna show up. All they did was tell me how to track it, which I'd already tried. Seriously, avoid buying from them if you want your stuff on time. I even reached out to the shipping company, but haven't heard back yet. Calypsa needs to rethink their international shipping partners. Not impressed at all.

    You know, I thought ordering

    You know, I thought ordering swimwear online would be easy, especially when I paid extra for faster shipping. But turns out, not so much. They took two whole days just to package my order! Now, I'm stuck waiting for it while I'm already halfway to my vacation. It's a bummer because I really needed that swimwear. I mean, come on, it's 2025! You'd think they'd have the shipping process down by now. If you're gonna offer 2-4 day shipping, don't take forever to get it out the door. Feeling let down, to be honest.

    shelled out extra for expedited shipping, only to find out they don't even offer it. Talk about a letdown! And as if that wasn't enough, the customer service dance was just plain terrible. Not the vibe you're hoping for when you're throwing in some extra cash for a speedier delivery. Definitely not winning any customer service awards.
