I got really good help from Alex on the support team!
I got really good help from Alex on the support team! I had a problem where clients could book times that weren't available. Alex joined and shared his screen so he could point out what I was doing wrong. He helped me fix it in just a few minutes. Calendly has been solid so far, I've been using it for about 6 months now and it's been great for scheduling calls.

Absolute trash.
Absolute trash. The optometry practice I work at uses this and it is utter rubbish to use! It's clunky, not user friendly, it doesn't sink with calendars properly so there are always conflicting or double bookings which ends up causing numerous complaints from patients. I would not recommend this as it is poorly written.

I have emailed them at least 5 times requesting
I have emailed them at least 5 times requesting them to block a user or prevent random invites from appearing in my calendar. No one replied, and from what I read in a discussion, it seems like it can't be done. This is a big warning sign for privacy issues and unwanted spam.

This company kinda helps with scheduling calls, which is cool, but it's basic stuff any app can do. But, I'm annoyed that I'm always the one in charge when someone schedules a call. And I can only pick either email or calendar notifications for new calls. Why not both?

They kept charging me after I cancelled my plan. Seems like this is how Calandly makes their money. They charge their customers' cards even after they’ve cancelled, hoping no one will catch on. This isn’t good business practice.

What a mess! After 48 hours, no solution yet. Updating availability shouldn't be this hard! Who made this design? It's frustrating and hidden. Finding availability settings takes forever. Fix this before it drives us all crazy!
