    Well, let me tell you about my recent moving experience. I was really hoping for a smooth move, especially with the bad weather coming in. But the movers showed up late and it was downhill from there. They didn’t bother using the moving blankets or cardboard I provided for all my items. Because of that, several of my new things got pretty banged up. I put in a claim, hoping for some resolution, but they brushed it off like it wasn’t their issue. They gave me a measly $30 refund for over $400 worth of damage. It was so frustrating. Definitely wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone.

    You wouldn’t believe the runaround I had with this gig. A buddy and I took this job advertised for three hours at $20 an hour. We only got $40. Chasing down the rest was a nightmare—finance, customer service, you name it, but it was just crickets or canned replies. And then, out of nowhere, they deactivated my account when the job was done. Plus, they tried to lowball me from the get-go, offering $18 an hour for two hours before I found the same job on Craigslist for $20 an hour for three. To top it off, they billed the client $280 for a job they paid us only $80 to do. Total mess.

    I had a really rough time with Caddy Moving Company. Called them a day before, and we agreed they’d be at my place by 10 AM to help me move. But the next day, nobody called me at 9 AM to confirm. Then, they show up at noon instead of 10 AM. When I said this was not okay, they tried to convince me to keep their service, offering a 10% discount, then a 25% discount. I still said no. This company is so unprofessional. Their communication is terrible, and I read other reviews saying they don’t even pay their workers properly. Do yourself a favor and find another moving company.

    I had a pretty awful experience with this company. They send you to jobs that get canceled right when you're in the driveway, so you waste time and gas with no reimbursement. And when you actually do work, they promise same-day pay, but that's a big lie. They turn off their phones and there's no way to contact them, no matter how many times you text. But while you're working, they pester you every 20 minutes. Once they get paid, they ghost you and then block you from working with them again. It's a scam and a huge waste of time. Don't fall for it.

    Booked two helpers through their online system for a Uhaul move on 10/23/24. Next day, they cancel, saying it's out of their area. It's 2024—how hard is it to get your website to know boundaries? Honestly, I could fix it for them. Then, after some back-and-forth texts, they send me to a referral partner who called once, got some info, and then ghosted me. So I'm stuck without any help. Wouldn't recommend Caddy for anything. This whole experience was super frustrating and a complete waste of time. They really need to step up their game.

    I did a job for this company on December 20, 2024, and they still haven't paid me. No real person answers the phone, it's all automated text messages. First, they say they'll pay when the job is done, then tell you 1 to 4 days, and then they just stop responding. I’m out a day's worth of work, which I really needed for Christmas. It's so frustrating. Their customer service is terrible and there’s no way to actually talk to anyone. I feel like they just don't care about their workers. I wouldn’t recommend working for them at all.
