    Awful service, watch out for their items, endless emails, I thought they were Canadian but got stuff from China, probably fake and not safe for pets. I've tried lots of times to unsubscribe via their site, emails, and calls, but they keep coming. Their customer service is bad and unhelpful. Had to mark their emails as spam to stop them. Watch out for this company.

    This company is not good.

    This company is not good. They took my money but didn't send what I ordered. They keep saying they'll fix it, but they don't. Today, I got 41 identical emails from them. It's weird. I've been waiting for 7 months and still nothing. Don't buy from them.

    DON'T, REPEAT DON'T

    DON'T, REPEAT DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. These meds are claimed to be produced here but come from Singapore! When I asked the rep, they said that's their main shipping place, really? Does that make any sense to you? Who knows what’s actually in these pills, and the boxes don’t look the same as the ones from the vets. The website shows Burlington, MA...San Mateo, CA, and Chongqing China. The USPS packages are just plain brown shipping bags with postage from all over on them. NOT WORTH risking your pets' health for a few bucks; the savings were about $30 compared to vet prescribed meds made HERE in the USA.

    This company is an absolute disappointment. It operates like a scam, grabbing your money without delivering the promised product. Despite numerous reassurances via email, they never follow through. To add insult to injury, I received a mind-boggling 41 identical emails from them today. Seven months later, no sign of my order or a refund. Their efficiency in processing payments sharply contrasts with their incompetence in fulfilling orders. A cautionary tale to steer clear of this dubious company.

    I am very disappointed with this company.

    I am very disappointed with this company. They do not inform customers in advance that orders are shipped from China, which results in very long delivery times. I ordered medicine for my cat 95,69 €, but it still hasn’t arrived after several weeks.(20days) The company does not provide clear delivery timelines, so customers are left waiting without knowing when their order will finally arrive. If I had known about these delays, I would never have ordered from them. I do not recommend this company!

    After purchasing from bugetpetcare, I noticed unauthorized charges on my bank statement—more than 10 transactions in just 6 hours. Be cautious. The tracking system is hard to navigate and doesn’t justify the extra cost.
