I had a good experience with Brighterly Math class. My daughter likes her Math lessons. Her grades are improving. I would recommend Brighterly Math without hesitation.

So, let me tell you about Ms. Thea, our amazing teacher at Brighterly. My son, who usually resists anything to do with school, actually loves attending her classes. It's like magic! She’s incredibly patient and keeps me updated every month about his progress, which is such a relief. However, the platform itself could use some improvements. It can be a bit tricky to communicate smoothly with Ms. Thea through it, and changing a class schedule feels more complicated than it should be. Also, getting a proper invoice would be super helpful. But despite these issues, my son’s enthusiasm makes it all worth it. If the platform could match Ms. Thea’s brilliance, it’d be perfect!

I've been a regular customer

I've been a regular customer here for a while, and overall, it’s been a good experience. The one-on-one sessions really make a difference, and that personal touch is what keeps me coming back. But I gotta say, it’s a bit frustrating when you see advertisements for 1-hour classes, and then they’re actually just 45 minutes. Feels a bit misleading, you know? Also, getting in touch with live customer service when you need them is a bit of a hassle. You have to send a text and wait for an appointment, which isn’t ideal when something’s urgent. It’d be great if they could smooth out these hiccups. But, all in all, still a decent experience.
