I bought a bunch of dresses. But I got two of the same by mistake. I used a coupon for 20% off. BloomChic's customer service isn't giving me the full refund for the extra dress. They only refunded me a small part of what it's worth. When I asked them to check and correct their mistake, they were really rude. They said they're keeping my money and signed it as "Monki". I want a complete refund.
