I bought two items of clothing, but they were too small. When I asked for a refund, they offered me either 30% compensation or full credit for another purchase. I asked for the full credit, but then the customer rep changed the deal to 40% compensation and said I had to pay for shipping. Seriously? They don't stick to their own offers and just keep dodging any real refund. This whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I really wouldn't recommend buying from them.
