    I bought two items of clothing, but they were too small. When I asked for a refund, they offered me either 30% compensation or full credit for another purchase. I asked for the full credit, but then the customer rep changed the deal to 40% compensation and said I had to pay for shipping. Seriously? They don't stick to their own offers and just keep dodging any real refund. This whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I really wouldn't recommend buying from them.

    Schlechter Kundenservice & Retour schwierig

    Leider bin ich mit meiner letzten Bestellung vom 09.07. sehr unzufrieden! Teile wurden bis jetzt (03.09.) immer noch nicht geliefert und ich erhalte trotz mehrmaliger Nachfragen einfach kein Retourenetikett für die Teile aus der Bestellung, die zwar ankamen, aber deren Qualität einfach minderwertig ist. Da der Kundenservice super spät antwortet und nicht auf meine Fragen reagiert, kann ich auch hier nur zur Vorsicht warnen! Ich würde nicht noch einmal bestellen!

    I can't believe what happened with Bella Barnett. I paid over $300 for two items and got nothing in return, not even any shipping info. They said I'd get the details in 12 hours, but it never came. I tried reaching out through their contact email, but no response at all. It's like they're completely ignoring me. Feels like such a scam, honestly. If you're thinking of buying from them, just don't. It's not worth the risk.

    I ordered something online, but it never showed up at my door. Instead, it got delivered somewhere else and got lost. I reached out to customer service and they asked me to send some documents to get a refund. I did that, but after sending at least 12 emails, I haven't heard anything back from them. It's been super frustrating and disappointing.

    Very bad service!

    Koop hier niks!! Als je je pakketje krijgt zit er een briefje in dat je maar 7 dagen kan ruilen!!!! Als je 1 dag te laat bent omdat je pakje bij je ouders aankomt, vertikken het om het terug te nemen. Zelfs omruilen voor een andere jurk omdat jij te klein is doen ze niet!!!! Wat een zeer slechte service!!!

    SCAM!! do not shop here

    This site is a complete scam. 2 weeks and the package has not even been picked up. Their customer service just lie right to your face with a fake tracking info. No return is accepted and no refund is issued, and this is a $200+ order
