I've bought stuff from BaubleBar a few times, and the stuff's been really good. People always compliment me on the jewelry. One time, something I bought came broken. I let them know, and they got back to me super quick. They sent a new one right away. This company and what they sell are just great!

Experience was good! I got a necklace from Baublebar, it's cute, but one gem came loose. I contacted customer service, Devin helped quickly. He replaced the damaged part, no questions asked. This caring support makes me want to recommend this company to others. Thanks!

Not what it used to be
I ordered back in 2022 and the quality was top notch! I showered in my jewelry and never took it off and it held up so nice. Fast forward to 2024 and I ordered a necklace and 3 charms, the gold is so fake and I am unable to wear it. It is bright almost neon yellow, I am so disappointed and I spent $100.

Customer service is kind but ultimately unhelpful. My order was sent back twice due to a labeling mistake. I did get a refund, but it wasn't sufficent.

The recent release of their St. Patrick's
The recent release of their St. Patrick's Day collection garnered significant attention, resulting in the swift sell-out of several items. Having contacted them in February to inquire about a possible restock due to high demand, the response I received lacked sincerity. Subsequent attempts to suggest a limited restock or a pre-order option were met with silence, leaving me dissatisfied with their customer service. It appears that their focus is more on financial gains than addressing customer concerns collectively. I suspect they may capitalize on the high demand by significantly increasing prices next year without addressing the limited supply issue. The inability to leave reviews on their products adds to the overall dissatisfaction with the company.
