The support team is great and there’s a helpful community ready to assist with any issues you face with your dialer. As with any dialer, there might be some rough days; however, I enjoy the easy-to-use design and interface of this software.

I've been using BatchDialer for 2 weeks so far. The system is great. The customer service is absolutely remarkable. They are very quick to respond and provide thorough explanations with screenshots to answer all of my questions.

This company is good. Agent Patricia Beatriz is awesome, knows a lot, answered LOTS of my questions in detail, and even some she didn't know, she got info from her boss and told me quickly. (100% answered)
