Good company, I recommend!
Good company, I recommend! My first time getting a car from the USA and bringing it to Ukraine, we even placed our own bids and won the car, it still feels good in a positive way :) The whole process was smooth, from buying to delivery, and the best part is the car arrived in 2 months and was delivered safely, which is really important! Everything was perfect, 10 out of 10, thanks AutoBidMaster!

I can't even begin to
I can't even begin to describe how disappointed and frustrated I am with Autobidmaster. They are nothing but a bunch of shady criminals who give American businesses a bad reputation. I trusted them with my hard-earned 7,000 USD for a car, but it's been over a year and I still haven't received it. This company should be shut down for good.

Only positive experience
Only positive experience with autobidmaster. I recently bought a car from them and everything went so smoothly without any issues. The sales agent who assisted me was extremely helpful and trustworthy. They guided me through every step of the process and I felt like I was in good hands.

Makkelijk om door de website te navigeren en documenten te uploaden was niet moeilijk. Vragen werden snel beantwoord via email en telefoon. Niet kunnen betalen voor het winnende bod met mijn creditcard is mijn enige klacht. Levering regelen was simpel en de chauffeur was erg beleefd en profesioneel.

My experience had some bumps, particularly with AutoBidMaster, which informed me I couldn't collect my auction RV on my own. They insisted that a professional shipper was necessary to retrieve the item from Copart Yard. However, that was not true! Copart allowed me to collect the RV myself and was very helpful in scheduling an appointment to take it from their Rapid City, South Dakota location.

I decided to try Autobidmaster as I hold a license and intended to purchase a car from Copart. Initially drawn in by Copart's recommendations, Autobidmaster seemed promising with its touted low fees. However, after signing up for their highest membership at $350, I soon realized the $200 fees were just the tip of the iceberg. Unmentioned charges piled up, turning a $10,000 Copart car into a $3,000 expense. The claimed savings evaporated, making it almost as costly as dealership prices. I strongly advise against Autobidmaster. Attempted to cancel my membership, but they refused a refund. Lesson learned – opt for someone with a license to buy from Copart and save a significant amount.

Initially, they failed to inform me that my car would be shipped in a container with other vehicles, resulting in an unexplained delay of over 30 days to nearly two months. The customer service representative provided misleading information about a storage charge, attributing it to an auction fee. After numerous calls and messages, I discovered it was an accrued fee after the free 30 days. To make matters worse, they notified me of a late payment fee during off-hours, exploiting the lack of a specified due date. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable, and I caution others to consider alternatives.

The company prolonged the process for over 30 days, misinforming me about a $190 storage fee. Upon clarification, they attributed it to auction storage, which proved incorrect. Despite my efforts to communicate, I received an email stating the charges were for accrued days after the initial 30-day period. The intentional delays and a sudden $50 late payment demand during off hours and holidays reflect questionable business practices, potentially violating US customer protection laws.
