It’s simple to find the spa that fits my needs. The website is easy to use, and shopping for products is smooth. Great prices and delivery options. The only thing that should be changed is the font for the price info, which is too hard to read. A darker, bolder font would make it much better.

I think the company's pretty good. U can order stuff easily n they got lotsa options. The person in chat was fast n helped me right away. I'll hav to wait n see how delivery goes tho.

I asked several questions through chat on different occasions. Every chat representative was either well-informed or provided the relevant parts from the owner's manual. Strangely, I didn’t receive any chat transcripts, which is why I didn't rate this a 5 star review.

This product has been a disappointment from the start. The heating process is painfully slow, and to add insult to injury, it actually blew a fuse. Returning it is not even a viable option due to the exorbitant cost, making it a regrettable purchase overall. The control panel is nothing short of pathetic, leaving me frustrated with every use. My advice to potential buyers: spare yourself the trouble and invest an extra $10 in a product with a superior control panel. It's disheartening to feel scammed after spending hard-earned money on a product that fails to live up to expectations. To make matters worse, the manual provided is utterly useless. It fails to provide clear explanations for operation, leaving me with more questions than answers. Considering the issues I've encountered, I can't help but feel let down by this company's lackluster product and inadequate support materials.
