I encountered a rather frustrating situation when I needed to order a replacement part for our Gared volleyball system. Gared initially referred me to this company for the replacement part, but my experience was less than stellar. The first person I spoke to appeared to be unaware of the product or its replacement parts. She outright claimed that the company did not offer standalone replacement parts and couldn't assist me. This left me quite puzzled and disappointed as I expected a more helpful response, especially after being referred by the manufacturer.
I called the company again, and this time, I was fortunate to speak with Julie. She was a breath of fresh air. Julie was not only knowledgeable about the product but also committed to helping me. She took the initiative to contact Gared, determine the exact issue, and ensure we got the replacement part on order. Her exceptional service and dedication made a significant difference.
While the resolution was ultimately positive, the delayed replacement part arrived too late for our school's first volleyball tournament. In a pinch, a teacher's husband had to weld the broken piece back together, which was far from an ideal solution.
