    I lodged a claim with the airline first, and concurrently, I submitted it through AirAdvisor. However, I received compensation directly from the airline before AirAdvisor could address my case. When AirAdvisor reached out to assist, I simply provided evidence of my successful resolution with the airline. Shortly after, I received an email stating that their services operate on a "No-Win-No-Fee" basis, indicating no charges from me. In light of this experience, I must express my positive sentiments about AirAdvisor.

    They didn't reply to any emails I sent. I finally reached them through their site, and they mentioned they only handle denied boarding cases if it's due to overbooking. But, on my claim, they wrote I wasn't eligible for compensation, though they just don’t handle these kinds of claims. At first, they said this mistake couldn’t be fixed, but it was eventually corrected after I escalated the issue.

    I checked the website for help, then filed my claim directly with Ryan Air. I got full compensation 5 days after submitting it. Over a year later, Air Advisor kept asking me for €120, which I paid yesterday. Now someone else is telling me I still owe them. Never again, I did everything myself with the EU261 form.

    ¡Eviten AirAdvisor! Opacos, irresponsables y cero transparencia Tengo una reclamación abierta con AirAdvisor desde noviembre de 2021 por un vuelo cancelado. Desde entonces, solo he recibido evasivas, excusas y respuestas automatizadas. He solicitado en repetidas ocasiones información básica sobre el supuesto procedimiento judicial que dicen tener en marcha: juzgado, número de expediente, nombre del abogado, etc. Nunca me han facilitado nada. Después de más de 3 años sigo sin respuestas claras ni documentación. He tenido incluso que recurrir a la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos por su silencio sistemático y la negativa a darme acceso a mis propios datos. Su servicio es opaco, desorganizado y totalmente irrespetuoso con el cliente. No cumplen con los derechos básicos de información ni con sus obligaciones contractuales. NO recomiendo esta empresa bajo ningún concepto. Busquen alternativas serias y transparentes.
