    Adob tools have bin a big help for my design and editing. There's a bit of learnin' to do, but the outcomes are good. Adobe's online help and friendly community have been really useful.

    I've been a loyal customer of Adobe Creative

    I've been a loyal customer of Adobe Creative Cloud for a while. Recently, I had to pause my membership because of rising costs. When I tried to cancel, they gave me a few more months for free. But then I found out I was signed up for a whole year with an $80+ fee to cancel early. I'm usually careful, and I don't remember seeing this mentioned when I accepted the extra months. It feels like they're trapping customers. I won't be returning once my time is up!

    They tie you into contracts you didn't agree to, and then try to charge "Early cancellation fees" to stop them. It's theft.

    Jelenleg a 20GB-os Photography csomagot használom havi 7000ft-ért és egy hatalmas nagy csalódás számomra a 2025ös Photoshop. Az Ai funkció egy katasztrófa és az egész platform borzasztóan túlárazott. Le szerettem volna mondani a csomagom amikor elkértek cserébe 27 000ft-ot felmondási díjként. Szó nem volt arról amikor feliratkoztam a szolgáltatásra hogy az Adobe patás ördögeinek el fogom adni a lelkem egy esztendőig és szívhatok a jóformán használhatatlanul "tré" 25ös kiadású Ps-el. Borzasztó cég, senkinek nem ajánlom. 22yrs Budapest, Student

    Adobe takes money from our bank account for fake

    Adobe takes money from our bank account for fake licenses on a business account. Their support system is not helpful and seems built to waste our time. It's only available through chat, which is not helpful at all. It has taken ages to get a response that is even somewhat decent, and there is no email option, no follow-up, and no accountability. Just people with weak reading skills and no power. And the theft and poor support keep going on. It feels like fraud now. What a disgrace of a company.

    Searching for reviews on Adobe is nearly impossible. Adobe seems to hide all the bad feedback on purpose. I was lured into a free trial that didn’t work. I tried straight away to cancel but failed. They kept charging me every month just because I couldn’t cancel. I attempted to reach out to them, but that’s a lost cause. Contacting them is impossible. I discovered today that there’s a huge fee to cancel. These folks are obviously dishonest. Avoid them, for heaven's sake.
