Scammed beyond belief! Picture this: I drop nearly $300 on a few dresses, even shelling out extra for express shipping. But the nightmare starts when the package finally arrives reeking of cigarettes! I reach out to customer service, hoping for a quick fix, but their suggestion? Hang the dresses in the bathroom after a hot shower or use a hair dryer to get rid of the smell. Ridiculous, right? And that’s not all – the dress quality was atrocious with horrible stitching. Despite sending pictures, their 'best' offer was a measly $70 refund because return shipping would be 'pricey.' Don’t fall for this trap. THIS COMPANY SUCKS

Do not ever order from this company! Not only is my dress too big but the material looks cheap as hell! You couldn’t wear this dress to an 8th grade graduation party without someone asking which Walmart you got the dress from. I’ve been trying to return my dress for 8 days now and Missaac is dragging their feet to try to get me to day 14 so I don’t get the refund. Once I threatened legal action and said I’d post a negative review, they sent the return slip. They asked me not to write this review and they would waive the restocking fee of 10%, that’s how much they don’t want you to know THEY SUCK. The website says FREE AND EASY returns. It has not been that AT ALL! FALSE ADVERTISING! A customer service rep named Katie is who drug her feet for 5 days. Now I’m dealing with someone named Monica who is the one that sent me the return info. I’ve requested to speak with the manager and NOT Monica 3 times now and they haven’t put me in touch. My advice is to threaten legal action at the jump so you don’t have to go through all this back and forth nonsense (which- btw- was them asking me to take measurements and pictures of my body/the dress so they could confirm the dress was actually too big). Do not waste your time with Missaac. I promise you, nothing in their store is work the headache that comes along with it. Trust me!

Terrible service

I bought a dress and I spent $175 on this dress they send it to me way longer it was big and I sent it back to the address where I received the address. There was an address in the bag I sent it back there because they never gave me information how to send it back if it was too big or if I had a problem, so I sent it back to the address where I got the dress in before I did that. I sent them an email that they never never responded to. asking them if there was another address that they wanted me to send it and they never responded. Because they give you 14 days to return address. I’m trying to talk to them because if they sent an address in the bag that means that they can get the dress from that address and they telling me no I was supposed to send it to a different address to China. now I lost $175 and they do not wanna help me this is not a good place to get dresses . I have never been through something so horrible like this to lose $175 to me that’s a lot of money to give to these people.. please be careful when you buy from the store or this company

I recently purchased clothes from Missacc , but unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed with their return policy. Despite having a genuine reason for returning the clothes, I was told that I cannot return them. This is incredibly frustrating and leaves me with items I can't use. Not only did they provide subpar products, but when I tried to return them due to valid reasons, I was met with a refusal and no explanation. It's evident they have no intention of honoring their return policy. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from them. I bought a wedding dress on this website for $187.00. Yaay I was so excited to try the dress on it took 3 1/2 weeks to get to me. The top of the dress is sewn lopsided and the lace arms are think scratchy material. The website states clearly on the bottom they have "easy returns" first email I sent did not get responded to for 3 days then they said for me "to get it altered, " that wasn't the problem. Then they said I just would like to return it so 5 emails later they gave me return address told me to please don't return just keep the dress and they would get me a quarter of the price toward another dress.. So I'm getting married and spent half my budget and they don't are to make it right I would never have bought a wedding dress online had I known they treat there customers like this

The dress I got isn't what I ordered. The mesh wasn't even close to flesh tone, and there were extra mesh parts that weren't in the photo. I called their customer service right away, but no one picked up, not even during regular and late hours. I emailed them, and they asked for pictures. I sent those pics, but it's been 4 days, and I've heard zilch from customer support. I'm seriously let down because my December event is coming up, and I'm stuck without a dress. I need this sorted out pronto!

I'm incredibly disappointed with my purchase. The material feels incredibly cheap, and to make matters worse, the item is longer than what I ordered. The bra hasn't been fixed properly and is in poor condition. The poor material will remain an issue, even if a tailor fixes it. They also filtered my review in their website! I ordered a specific dress in a certain color, but what I got was different. Not what I wanted at all. I reached out to return it, hoping it would be easy. But it wasn't. They offered me a small refund and a coupon for my next buy. Why would I want to buy from them again after this mess? They want me to pay for shipping and duty tax to return their mistake! That's not fair. I told them it's their fault, so they should pay for everything. But no luck. Now I'm stuck with the wrong dress in the wrong color. Save your money and shop somewhere trustworthy.

I’m so glad I was able to get a dress for my daughter’s Sweet 16! Before, I left a review about being happy to receive the color samples, so I could check the shades and feel the fabric before buying. The material and color options were really nice, and I’m looking forward to receiving the dress soon. There are many affordable choices, which is important since this dress will probably only be worn one time. Ordering online was simple and convienent with Apple Pay.

The color matched exactly what I saw online. I followed the measurement guide carefully. I will definitely order again and recommend this site to others.

Low Quality Dress & Slow Customer Service

*ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK* Save your money and time. I ordered a a bridesmaid dress and was really disappointed with the quality of the material and the style did not fit like how it was advertised online. I reached out to customer service to start my return and they've been slow to respond and process my return. As far as returns go, here's what I was told my options were: 1. Keep the item and they create a 45USD coupon code for me, which can be applied to your future purchases at Missacc. 2. Keep the item, and they'd offer a 32USD refund (order total was 147.55USD). 3. Start a return to get the refund of the item value (product refund will be processed only after we received your returned parcel). - The original shipping fee, coupon discount and a 10% restocking fee would be deducted from the order amount. Also, if any customs duties are incurred, the customs fees will be borne by me. At this point I'd be lucky enough if I get half my money back.. This was my first time ordering from them and I will not be ordering again.

Do not buy from this company

This company sent a dress that did not mirror the photo on their website. After finding another dress and completing my ceremony, I reached out to them to complete a return. They offered me a slight refund and a discount code. I explained that I wanted a full refund as the dress did not match the description on their site. I was told it was past the 14 return period and their offer was the best they could do. I explained that they return policy did not mention returning the dress if it did not look like the dress in their pictures and I requested contact information for a supervisor or customer relations so I could discuss the matter further. Katie then began ignoring me completely. I continued to follow up every few days without response.

Poor Quality- BUYER BEWARE

I received my dress and it has multiple areas of fabric bunching and a hole in the dreee, the back zipper area is also in horrible condition. I paid $260 including shipping and after sending them pictures of the quality related concerns, I have been offered a $30 refund to take the dress to a tailor for repairs, which is a joke. They respond to you very intermittently regardless of when you email them. They do not intend to make this right. This is a scam. Find a reputable company.

Ordered 2 dresses. Arrive later than the latest date given. Horrible quality, nothing like photos and now they’re not replying and won’t give me a refund. Refund policy on page says 14 days and contact customer service. Nothing else. Complete scam. China- based despite .co.uk after website name! DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY!

Disgrace of a company

The customer service for this company is ridiculous, they honestly don't care. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month and emailed back and forth over 30 emails and getting nowhere. I will never buy from this company again they are a disgrace.

Glücklicherweise war der Kundenservice von Missacc schnell und hat die Bestellung so schnell wie möglich bearbeitet. Das Kleid kam pünktlich an und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Für den Preis sollte man nicht erwarten, dass es in einer Box kommt. Es war jedoch sicher in einer robusten Plastiktüte verpackt, die es vor den harten Wetterbedingungen hier in Großbritannien schützte. Es ist das Geld und das Warten wert. Nochmals, Missacc-Produkte sind eine großartige Entdeckung für ein preiswertes Hochzeitskleid. Man sollte jedoch auf die Lieferzeit achten, die normalerweise etwa 2-3 Wochen dauert (einschließlich Produktions- und Lieferzeit). Nochmals vielen Dank an das Missacc-Team für das tolle Produkt zu einem niedrigen Preis. Es ist jedoch erwähnenswert, dass die Qualität vergleichbar mit dem ist, was man in Hochzeitskleidgeschäften in Großbritannien bezahlen würde, die ziemlich teuer sein können. Since I noticed many low-star reviews while reading about Missmac, I wanted to share my experience too and give an update on my dress related to delivery. I placed my order on 16.1.25, and it’s a custom design. The dress was sent out on 23.1.25. I’ll update again when it arrives to share how the quality is. I’m hoping 🤞🏻🤞🏻 this will stay my dream dress and not turn into a dissapointment. Looking forward to hopefully leaving another 5-star review for how it fits and looks.

They offer a large selection of lovely dresses, each available in around 60 colors. The prices are quite affordable too. The dresses look just like they do in the pictures online. I would recommend buying from here! At first, I wasn't sure whether the dress would match the image or fit correctly, but it turned out great and is made of really good material.
