Ich habe zwei 'echte' Carhatt Artikel für ein Weihnachtsgeschenk gekauft, aber als sie ankamen, war es offensichtlich, dass ich in den Kauf von gefälschten Artikeln reingelegt wurde, obwohl die Webseite sie als echte beschrieben hat. Ich versuchte, die Artikel direkt an Wayrates zurückzugeben, aber sie weigerten sich, die Rücksendung zu akzeptieren und boten mir eine teilweise Rückerstattung an, die ich nicht akzeptierte. Ich eröffnete einen Streit bei Paypal, der mir ermöglichte, die Artikel zurückzusenden, nur um festzustellen, dass die Rücksendeadresse gefälscht war und die Artikel nicht zugestellt werden konnten. Paypal verlangt nun von mir, dass ich dies nachweise, bevor sie mir eine Rückerstattung ausstellen. Ich weiß nicht, wie ich das machen soll, aber die ganze Webseite ist ein Betrug und ich habe jetzt über 120 £ verloren. Es sind Monate vergangen, in denen ich versuche, mein Geld von Paypal zurückzubekommen. Jetzt bin ich auch noch mit den Rücksendekosten von 27 £ belastet und kontaktiere Paypal täglich, um das Problem zu lösen, aber sie sind sehr schwer zu erreichen. Verschwendet euer Geld nicht hier. Es ist ein Betrug und ich kann nicht fassen, dass die Webseite noch nicht geschlossen wurde.

Ich habe den Carhartt Shearling-Stil Mantel in mittlerer Länge bestellt. Auf dem Bild sah er groß, schwer und warm aus. Was ich bekam, ist eigentlich eher eine Jacke. Für die Arbeit wird es wohl ausreichen. Nach ein wenig Recherche habe ich jetzt gemerkt, dass diese Website keine echten Markenprodukte verkauft. Ich weiß, der Preis hätte ein Warnsignal sein sollen und wenn es zu gut klingt, um wahr zu sein, dann ist es wahrscheinlich auch so. Aber es ist wenigstens angekommen.

I wouldn't recomend this company. Bought two 'genuine' Carhatt items as christmas gifts, but when they arrived, it was clear they were fake. It was obvious that I was misled into buying counterfeit items, even though the website said they were real. Tried to return them, but that process was a scam as well. This business needs to be shut down.

Got scammed out of £70 today. Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a jacket and shoes, and what arrived is not fit for a charity shop. The Wayrates site invests more effort in its website than its products. They're just shipping the cheapest possible rubbish that bears zero resemblance to the pictures on their site. Given their base in China and the pattern of reviews, pursuing a refund seems like a futile endeavor. I'll be spreading the word on every review site to warn others. It's frustrating that platforms like Pinterest let them advertise, creating a false sense of security. I'll stick to Amazon and thoroughly research any unfamiliar company before ordering. Lesson learned: don't trust ads. It's a shame, as I would have liked the jacket in the picture, but what I got was absolute rubbish. I suspect these scammers operate under different names, and once Wayrates is exposed, other aliases will likely surface.

Ich kann diesen Shop absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich hatte laut Produktbeschreibung eine Jeansjacke für die Übergangszeit Herbst/Winter bestellt. Verwundert war ich schon bei der Ankunft der Sendung, die mir sehr leicht vorkam und auch nur aus einer dünnen Folienverpackung bestand. Leider wurde ich vom Produkt komplett enttäuscht. Man könnte die angebliche Jacke eher als Hemd bezeichnen. Der Stoff ist dünner als manches wärmere Hemd. Der Schnitt ist eigentlich nicht tragbar und die Größe hat mit der Angabe absolut nichts zu tun, sondern ist viel zu klein. Da die Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten geht und bald so teuer wie das Produkt ist, behalte ich die "Jacke". Alles in Allem ein totaler Fehlkauf und sehr ärgerlich. Ich rate dringend von diesem Verkäufer ab.

I am so pissed and hopefully we can get what we ordered or at least our money back but when you go to the website it says that they're having problems with a lot of fake Wayrates websites and that they're not responsible for that but we made 100% sure that we ordered from the actual Wayrates website they're just ripping people off and taking your money for name brand items and then sending cheap mess. This is why people are so hesitant to order anything online.

Nach einigen Bestellungen bei Temu und AliExpress, bei denen ich nicht viel erwartet habe, war ich positiv überrascht. Daraufhin habe ich auch bei Wayrates bestellt und kann nur sagen "Finger weg!" Alles, was ich in XL bestellt habe, ist eher Größe M, obwohl XL auf den Etiketten steht. Der Hoodie passt eher wie XXL und die Hose ist eine Katastrophe. Die Qualität der Artikel ist sehr schlecht, niemand mit Anstand würde sich damit in der Öffentlichkeit sehen lassen. Ich sehe das als teures Lehrgeld, da ich denke, dass es keinen Sinn hat, zu reklamieren. Ein Punkt gibt es, weil nach fast einem Monat doch noch die Ware angekommen ist.

(2) The package arrives with no return address or return information. (3) Their emails put YOUR email address in "reply-to," causing your emails to bounce. (4) They keep stringing you along every time you try to get a refund. If you find yourself stuck making a purchase, you can probably get a refund through your credit card or Paypal. Paypal did process a refund with all the necessary information.
