Disappointed with the company's customer service; encountered rudeness when inquiring about a specific flight, despite its availability online. Faced challenges asking questions and booking the trip, making the experience less than pleasant. Concerned about the possibility of being scammed.

Acquired 3 tickets at a specified rate, but the price turned out non-existent. Surprisingly, the actual cost was higher, and cancellation wasn't an option. After contacting United, I discovered only 1 ticket was bought at double the quoted fare. Appears to be a deceptive operation.

I'm deeply disappointed with this company. After buying tickets, I got a call stating my purchase didn't cover baggage, info nowhere on the site. Requested proof but got nothing. Ended up shelling out an extra $275 per ticket. Deceptive and frustrating experience.

I am very happy with all in general. Jameson Smith was ver nice and attentive. He tried at everytime to help with the best selection of flights and did a great job. Something that I did not like at the begining is that the flights selected on the web were not available and finally I had to pay a bit more for the ones purchased (still with good price but higher than the original ones). But again, Jameson was always there ready to help, looking for options and keeping me informed. I will look for Tarifasodeal next time that I need to purchase flight tickets.

My experience started off badly with a man named Mike and another man named Elijah who were very unhelpful. (Lack of Communication Skills) Elijah yelled at me over the phone when I asked a simple question about my booking and the price changes. He refused to provide the confirmation for my July 30th booking when I requested it on 8/4 and demanded an extra fee before giving it to me. On 8/5/24, Ms. Michelle managed to sort out the booking and confirmation issue with excellent communication skills and treated me with respect.

My experience was great! Jeff was really helpful in finding a good deal. He was patient and polite and understood my needs. He answered all my questions about the purchase, airlines, and fees. From start to finish when I made the reservations there was a error on me, and the reps contacted me and informed me what was wrong and help clear up the issue and I was very grateful for that. They corrected my error and explained the flights price and what was included. Great customer service. And once I received my etickets I was contacted and informed of the options to do once it was time for my flight.

Kristy was friendly and tried to help. But the booking process was not smooth. I found the deal wasn't what I thought, and some other agents gave me incorrect details, which affected my decision to buy the tickets.

The company's service was very good. Maurice helped me a lot because I didn't realize my ticket was reciprocal and I couldn't bring bags. He changed my flight in DFW and gave me and my son $125 vouchers each.
